What is included in the mailing package?
When you buy a virtual mailing address you can get mail and packages sent to our premium address, 114/147 Pirie street. You get one bussiness name and one contact person on your mail, if you need an extra person or bussiness name please pay for this add on.
Can I pick up my mail?
No, we do not offer pick up, this is the main reason we can offer such a low monthly fee, all mail items will be emailed or forwared to you.

Is there a limit on how many items I can have delivered each month?
No, you can get as many items deleivered each month as you wish, if you go over the allaoced items we give you free each month you just pay a small fee:
📧 Scan and email you the front of each delivered envelope so you can work out what you want us to do for you, Email you a copy, forward the mail or shred, $2.00 per mail item. 📧 Letters, cost to open and scan $3.30 plus GST per envelope for the 10 page single-sided, $1.10 dollar for every extra page plus GST📧 Shredding flat fee $1.10 per letter regardless of pages ***IF ITEM IS NOT BEING FORWARDED*** plus GST📧 Storage and collection, first 7 days free then 55 cents per mail item per day, Parcel first 2 days free then $1.10 per day plus GST📧 Forwarding mail, and letters at cost **Quote will be provided** plus $4.40 admin fee per item, parcel at cost plus $8.80 admin fee per item. 📧****Packages MAX weight 10kg and no more than 1 meter high and 1 meter depth
